Year 6 transition days

Unfortunately, real life transition days will not be able to happen this term. However, the high schools are working hard to create a Virtual transition programme to support the pupils. We will update you with useful links, dates and videos when we get them. Keep an eye on the Year 6 page on this website for further information.
