Children need to be able to understand words and sentences in order to be able to talk and to learn.

Ask your class teacher which activities you should practise with your child.

Help your child to remember words in a list.

Use things that you have got at home

Help your child to learn these words: in, on, under, behind and in front.

Choose one or two of these words to work on at a time, so your child doesn't get confused.
