School Council
School Council
At Catton Grove Primary, our School Council gives children a real voice in school life. Representatives are democratically elected by their classmates and take on the important responsibility of sharing pupils’ ideas, opinions and suggestions. School Councillors meet regularly to discuss ways to improve the school, support community projects, organise events and help make decisions that positively impact all children. Through their role, councillors develop leadership, communication and teamwork skills while learning about democracy, responsibility and active citizenship. They are role models who help ensure every child’s voice is heard and valued.
