This will guide a parent/carer to create a Norfolk Education Online NEO account.
If you have already applied for school admissions online you may already have an account which you can use.
You will receive an automatic response to the application and if you are eligible, the Local Authority will confirm by email and tell the child’s school.
For every pupil who is entitled to a FREE SCHOOL MEAL we receive extra money for the school budget.
You will be aware that all pupils up to the age of 7 now receive a free hot meal anyway BUT we still need you to register if you are eligible because it does make a BIG difference.
